Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FollowUpTimer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use FollowUpTimer for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Account Registration

Subscription and Payment

If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FollowUpTimer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide the service.

Disclaimer

The materials on FollowUpTimer are provided on an 'as is' basis. FollowUpTimer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall FollowUpTimer or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FollowUpTimer, even if FollowUpTimer or a FollowUpTimer authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
